Some good news - Toni Tortosa (Westpark member and Pulse member) will take Kevin's Tuesday AM spin until he is back in action. Toni is a qualified fitness instructor, spin instructor, personal trainer and now the reason you no longer have a lie-in on a Tuesday!

Sportsworld Run SessionTIME: 19:00 - 20:30LOCATION: Sportsworld Clubhouse, Bushy Park (Map)This is an excellent session with out partner - Sportsworld Running Club. It is suitable for athletes of all levels and sessions are typically a combination of interval and fartlek type runs. You must join Sportsworld to attend this session regularly. - 2013-05-21
