Join us for a fun evening in Summer 2017
Race 1: Thursday, 1st June @ 18:00
Race 2: Tuesday, 18th July @ 18:00
The Splash & Dash is an aquathlon race for kids / teenagers aged between 8–15 years (as of 31st December 2017). It consists of a 100m swim, and a 1 to 2km looped run on Dollymount beach (kids aged 9 years and upwards run 2km, kids aged younger than 9 years run 1km) . The swim is parallel to the beach in waist deep water and is marshalled by a “safety net” of adults in wetsuits posted at 10m intervals along the swim course.
