2016 Bike TT Series

A beautiful morning greeted competitors in the final race of the 2016 Bike TT Series held at Blessington Lakes last Sunday. The distance for this event was 40 km, an excellent opportunity to baseline fitness levels for the coming race season.

Pole position in the Ladies race went to Ché McGann, and Ian Farrell took the top spot in the Men’s race.

The overall Men’s Series winner is Ian Farrell, with second and third places going to Dermot Duffy and Kevin Doyle respectively. Sarah Stapleton is the overall winner in the Ladies Series, followed by Beata Golczak and Pamela Doyle in second and third.

A big thank you to Keith Murphy and Chris Donohoe for organising the Series, and to all those who helped out with marshalling.
