Open Water Swimming – 9th July 2018

Open water swim sessions continue at Killiney on Monday evenings. A big thanks to all of the volunteers who have given their time to support the sessions to date.

Sign-in takes place in the Killiney Beach car park at 18:45, and all participants must attend the safety briefing held in the car park before heading down to shore for 19:00. Don’t forget to bring your own mugs for tea afterwards, and bakers please do get baking.

Our next open water swim time trial will be the held on the 23rd July – the distance will be 1 km.

If you are bringing a guest to the open water session who is not members of Triathlon Ireland, please email training@pulsetri.com prior to the session to advise of their attendance. On the night they will also be asked to sign the Triathlon guest sheet, as well as the normal sign-in sheet. This is for insurance purposes.
