There was a good turnout of competitors for the Athy Duathlon last Sunday – the second event in this years BMW Duathlon National Series. We had both adults and juniors flying the flag for Pulse.

Weather conditions in January and February cause a lot of disruption to outdoor cycle sessions, so for these months we move indoors and onto turbo trainers.
