Pulse @ Tri795 Triathlon

Well done to all the Pulsers who took part in the Tri795 triathlon in Carlow last Sunday. Big congratulations to Lizanne Barnwall who was the third female home and first female in her age group. The first Pulse male home was Mark Dunne, he was 8th in his age group. Other Pulsers also put in strong performances, well done to everyone who took part, and to the dedicated supporters who cheered them on.
