Pulse Swim Training Sessions
Pulse Triathlon Club currently provides four swim training sessions:
- Tuesdays, 8:15 – 9:45pm, at Balrothery Swimming Pool, Tallaght,
- Thursdays, 6:15 – 7:45am, at Westpark Fitness, Tallaght,
- Thursdays, 8:00 – 9:30pm, at Belvedere College,
- Fridays, 7:00 – 8:30pm, at Westpark Fitness, Tallaght.
Below is a suggested sample swim workout if you wish to get in some of your own practice. Lane 1 is aimed at those hoping to improve technique and lanes 2 and 3 are aimed at working on technique but also building up some speed and endurance.
