New to Tri 2025
And they’re off!!
That’s right, our 2025 New to Tri programme officially started last week, with an all important introduction to bike handling at Corkagh Park.
Our ever popular programme is designed to get you ready for your first (or refresher) triathlon in just 12 weeks. And we’ve a great coaching team and lots of supportive members who are going to help along the way.
During the New to Tri programme we’ll cover,
- Swimming
- Group cycling
- Running
- Spin
- Strength & conditioning
- Brick sessions
- Race prep
