She’s particularly interested in junior development and is a Leinster Boost Hub coach and a Performance Pathways coach with Triathlon Ireland. She enjoys working with adults, particularly those who are new to tri and taking on their first triathlon.Dee is a former competitive swimmer and after taking a break from triathlon racing for a few years, she hopes to return to it….. one day…
Ciat is passionate about developing and encouraging athletes of all ages to see the benefit of a multi-disciplinary sport in enriching their lives. He tells us, “I can ride a bike better than a squirrel but the squirrel would probably beat me at backstroke.”
Liz has coached both adult and junior members since 2016.She has completed certified coaching for children, a mid-life coaching cert as well as a women in sport leadership program. As well as this, Liz is a co-founder of the club. In fact, it was her family kitchen where the club was born. Her favourite race is Crooked Lake and she loves the hills. She’s mad for the hills.
