Last Saturday, it was round 7 of the BMW Triathlon National Series with the Two Provinces Triathlon at Lanesboro. It was also the second race in the Triathlon Ireland Super Series. Glorious sunshine and heat gave rise to some tough racing conditions at the Base2Race Harbourman Olympic Distance National Championships on Sunday. Weather conditions were reasonably good for the first race of the 2018 BMW National Series, Tri795 Carlow on Sunday. Over 30 Pulsers raced on the day, and for some it was their first triathlon.
