Weather conditions in January and February cause a lot of disruption to outdoor cycle sessions, so for these months we move indoors and onto turbo trainers. Winter turbo training is taking place every Sunday at St. Anne’s GAA Club on Bohernabreena Road from 10:00 to 12:00. For questions or more information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
It’s always the best night of the year and this year did not disappoint. The new bike course through the Wicklow Mountains National Park has certainly earned it a place in the list of toughest 70.3 events in Europe. We had over 30 Pulsers competing, and their performance earned Pulse first place in the […]

The Camp took place at Westpark Fitness in Tallaght from the 14th August to the 16th August. Over the three days, our coaches and volunteers taught the young […]
It was a big weekend in the National Series with two Standard Distance races taking place on Saturday. The Caroline Kearney Memorial Triathlon (which was in fact a Duathlon due to water safety issues), our Club Championship Standard Distance race was in Mullingar, and Lough Neagh Triathlon was in Derry. Lough Neagh also hosted a […]
