Weather conditions in January and February cause a lot of disruption to outdoor cycle sessions, so for these months we move indoors and onto turbo trainers. Winter turbo training is taking place every Sunday at St. Anne’s GAA Club on Bohernabreena Road from 10:00 to 12:00. For questions or more information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

We’re delighted to announce that the Pulse Port beach triathlon will be a National Series and Super Series event again in 2018! Looking forward to seeing lots of you at Port Beach on the 22nd September 2018.
With over 20,000 participants, this year’s Dublin City marathon was the biggest yet. As in previous years, a large contingent of Pulse members took part, and while they pounded the pavements another contingent of thirty Pulsers helped to marshal the event. Well done to all!
